What happens if I go over 500 minutes?
Overage minutes are billed at our cost — typically $0.10–$0.15 per minute depending on the voice engine. No markup, no surprises. Most small contractors use 200–400 minutes per month.
Do I own my data?
Yes. Your CRM runs on a dedicated server. If you ever leave, we export everything — contacts, call logs, job history — and hand it to you. It's your data, period.
How long does setup take?
Most clients are live within 5–7 business days. That includes voice agent training, CRM configuration, workflow setup, and testing.
Can I use my existing phone number?
