• Call metadata from Retell AI (our voice AI platform)

3. Voice Call Data

We retain call recordings for up to 90 days unless a longer retention period is required for legal or business purposes. You may request deletion of your call recordings at any time.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

• Service providers: Retell AI (voice processing), Twilio (SMS), Stripe (payments), DigitalOcean (hosting), and other vendors who assist in delivering our services, each bound by data processing agreements
• Your service provider: If you are an end consumer calling a business that uses SimonIT, your call information is shared with that business
• Legal compliance: When required by law, subpoena, or legal process
• Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit, encrypted storage for sensitive data, and access controls to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Contact form submissions are retained for 24 months. Voice recordings are retained for 90 days. Payment records are retained as required by tax law.
